Meet Your Coach: Sarah Bagley

I am a passionate educator at heart, driven by a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives. As an instructional coach and the founder of Transformational Impact, I’ve spent over 24 years supporting teachers, students, and schools in creating meaningful, lasting change in classrooms.

My journey began in the classroom as a teacher and evolved into roles as an instructional coach in Reading and Math and an Instructional Technology coordinator. Along the way, I’ve witnessed the real challenges educators face—overwhelming demands, disconnected professional development, and the desire to make a true impact without losing their joy for teaching.

That gap between traditional professional development and what teachers actually need is what inspired me to create the Teacher Transformational Impact Intensive. This program is more than training—it’s a coaching partnership designed to provide real strategies, practical tools, and implementation support.

My mission is to empower teachers to feel confident, supported, and effective—without burnout, overwhelm, or judgment. Because when teachers thrive, students thrive, and entire communities are transformed
